Gekündigt wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, also zum Ende des bezahlten Monats; bis dahin bleibt alles nutzbar, danach läuft die kostenlose Basisnutzung weiter. Ihr Konto und Ihre Inhalte bleiben erhalten. No sign-in needed. Enter your email address, then cancel (§ 312k German Civil Code). Cancellation takes effect at the earliest possible date — the end of the paid month; until then everything remains usable, afterwards free basic use continues. Your account and your content are retained.

Die Kündigung wirkt zum Ende des bezahlten Monats. Die Bestätigung mit Datum kommt sofort — hier auf der Seite und per E-Mail. Kein Anruf, kein Kontaktformular. Diese Seite gilt für bestehende Monatsabos; neue werden nicht mehr abgeschlossen. Der Semester-Pass endet von selbst und muss nicht gekündigt werden. This page is for existing monthly subscriptions; new ones are no longer offered. The semester pass ends by itself and does not need to be cancelled.

Angemeldet finden Sie die Kündigung auch in den Einstellungen unter „Konto“ — dort lässt sich das Abo zusätzlich sofort beenden, mit Erstattung des noch nicht verbrauchten KI-Guthabens. Was das Abo umfasst und wie gekündigt wird, steht in den Nutzungsbedingungen (§ 4). When signed in, you can also cancel in the settings under “Account” — there the subscription can additionally be ended immediately, with a refund of the AI credit not yet used. What the subscription covers and how cancellation works is set out in the terms of use (§ 4).
